Construction management is a product designed around the need for a person with a construction background, who has been involved in all aspects, to assist the customer in building their own house. Duties are very similar to the duties of a home builder. This would involve site work design, town board approvals, insurance guidance, blue print design, invoicing and providing the customer with estimates and budgets. We will ultimately be overseeing daily construction throughout the entire homebuilding process from design to completion. In construction management, you are your own builder and have the ability to design as you go. You are able to build to suit your specific needs and make changes throughout the building process as necessary
